// Holistic Sustainability Strategy //

We identify and reflect what is, and is not working and present opportunities for net positive impact.

This often entails creating custom, comprehensive, sustainable/circular business strategy for apparel brands who desire to make informed decisions, mitigate risk and gain access to innovative and ethical sourcing options.

With 20 + years experience working with sustainable fashion pioneers we have extensive knowledge and resources to help you make informed and thoughtful decisions related to the environmental and social impact of your choices.

Everything is interconnected and that’s why our approach relies on systems-based, design-thinking. We design business models, apparel and supply chains to synergistically create net-positive impact.

What this entails:

  • Getting to know your brand, your team and your paint points

  • Assessment of your existing strategy and a plan to implement change to meet your goals

  • Creation of a custom business strategy that may cover:

    Mission statement
    Sustainable/circular product design strategies
    Raw material sourcing
    Factory partnerships
    Supportive technology
    Repair/Recommerce/Recycling
    UN SDG alignment
    KPI’s + Execution plan + Accountability
    Communications plan

  • 6 months of expert support to implement and embed this strategy

// Circular Design Workshops //

  • One and two hour virtual or in person circular design workshops to teach you and your team how to design apparel and footwear that has the ability to circulate within the biocycle.

  • Workshops include: explanation of circular design and the bio and tech cycles, case studies from real brands, design framework, mini-assignments and Q&A.

  • Past clients include Target and Fila, but are just as applicable to for smaller independent brands.
